The challenge

A founder brand wanting to activate Reels but struggling to produce beyond 4 films a month in-house.

Our approach

We locked in three creators on a 30-day retainer, built a shot-list of 60 concepts in week 1 and shot across three one-day blocks with a rotating crew. Posting was automated via Meta’s Content Scheduler.
