We are committed to fostering a healthy work-life balance by creating a supportive, flexible, and employee-friendly work environment that priorizes both professional success and personal well-being.
Work Schedule
Our organization follows a structured 5-day workweek, with every Saturday and Sunday designated as weekly offs to help employees maintain a balanced lifestyle and spend quality time with their families and personal commitments.
While occasional weekend work may be required in exceptional business situations, such instances are rare and are compensated appropriately in accordance with company policies.
Leaves & Holidays
We provide a comprehensive leave and holiday structure designed to encourage rest, celebration, and personal time.
- 12 public holidays annually, ensuring recognition of important cultural and festive occasions.
- 1.5 paid leaves per month to support planned breaks and overall well-being.
Special Leaves & Milestones
We believe in celebrating important personal milestones. Employees are offered a dedicated Birthday Leave to enjoy their special day and an Anniversary Leave to celebrate meaningful life occasions with loved ones.
We provide Menstrual Leave support in specific cases, with up to 0.5 day leave per month. We also offer Religion-based Special Leave (up to 1/year) allowing employees to observe important personal or religious occasions.
