While we may suggest certain hosting providers, deployment platforms, integrations, or technical solutions based on project requirements, budget considerations, compatibility, or existing infrastructure, the final decision and responsibility for the use of such services remains with the client.

The ITMA does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability, security, performance, or error-free operation of any third-party service, including hosting environments, external APIs, plugins, or cloud platforms.

Our total liability in connection with any service provided shall be strictly limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Any information you provide through our contact forms, email communications, or project engagements (such as your name, email, phone number, and company details) is used solely for the purpose of delivering our services and communicating with you.
